Emily is a member of the State Bars of Montana, Georgia and South Carolina. Her practice focuses in the areas of real estate, land use, construction, business and corporate law. As part of her real estate practice, her experience includes representation of purchasers, sellers, developers and lenders in all types of commercial property acquisitions, sales and financing. In her business law practice, Emily works closely with companies throughout their life cycle with offering counsel on formation, governance, contracts, and operational issues.
Outside the office, Emily enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, scuba diving and spending time with friends and family.
