Brian M. Lebsock
Brian Lebsock was born in Dickinson, North Dakota. He was admitted to practice in the State of Montana District Court, the Montana Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, District of Montana in 2013. He was admitted to practice in Washington District Courts in 2014.

Memberships and Activities
Brian is a member of the Montana State Bar and the American Bar Association. During law school, Brian tried cases for the Missoula City Attorney’s Office and was actively involved in cases as an intern at Datsopoulos, MacDonald & Lind, P.C. He was a member of the Federalist Society during law school. While an undergraduate, he played basketball at Dickinson State University. Brian’s practice emphasizes civil litigation in a wide variety of practice areas both at the trial and appellate levels. He enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time with his wife, children, and family.
